A fixed price starts with your property details
Enter your town, area or postcode, bedrooms, beds, bathrooms and size in m² or ft² if known. Choose Regular, Deep or both. Supplies and normal linen/towel wash and dry are included; cleaning frequency does not change your price. City-centre and serviced accommodation
Clarify any reception handover, lift access, loading restrictions or parking arrangements before the clean. Record building-specific refuse and recycling instructions so the Cleaner has a usable brief on arrival.
Laundry within the changeover window
Count the beds and linen sets, not just bedrooms. Agree where washing and drying happen, allow for machine cycles and identify spare linen if the next arrival leaves a short window. Included laundry in the reference price does not make every load fit the same timetable.

Plan and assign
Link the property’s reservation calendar and assign its Cleaner. Eligible reservations create planned turnover jobs after scheduled checkout. A calendar date does not confirm that the guest has physically left.

Give the right brief
Use the Regular or Deep standard and mark irrelevant tasks not applicable. Each job keeps its own checklist. The assigned Cleaner can open the secure Property Start Guide for operational instructions.

Record and review
The Cleaner can report an issue during the clean, complete the checklist and submit 3–6 completion photos. The Host reviews the evidence and approves the clean or reports an issue.

Are supplies and laundry included?
Cleaner supplies and linen/towel wash and dry are included in the reference prices. Your brief should still specify the beds, linen quantities, washing and drying arrangements, and any particular supply requirements.
Does a planned turnover mean the property is empty?
No. Turnli plans from scheduled reservation dates. Confirm access and any change to departure arrangements separately; a scheduled checkout is not proof of physical checkout.
